Dato’ Dr. Nor Shahidah Khairullah obtained her medical degree from the University of Malaya in 1983 and continued her postgraduate education in Clinical and Molecular Virology at University of London’s School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in the United Kingdom. After her Masters in Clinical Virology in 1987, she was offered the British Commissioner’s Research award for her work in Dengue vaccines. She qualified as a Member of the Royal College of Pathologist (MRCPath) in 1994 and was awarded a Fellowship from The Royal College (FRCPath) in 1996. In addition to this, she is a Fellow of Academy of Medicine Malaysia (FAMM). After Tl years of service as the Consultant Clinical Virologist and Academician in University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) she left in 1994 when she was offered by Specialty Laboratories USA to setup a high-end testing laboratory, the first in Malaysia. She was a member of the Technical Advisory Board for the Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative (DNDi) in Geneva, Switzerland for the past 6years and was also a regional advisor representing the Ministry of Health for the World Health Organisation (WHO) and European Commission (EU) between 2002 until 2007. Dato’ Dr Nor has been involved in Clinical Research as well as the National Ethics Board of the Ministry of Health. She is a member of many professional bodies including the Society for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine (SAAARM) as well as a Board and Founder Member of the Society for Advancement of Hormones and Healthy Aging (SAHAAM).

Dr Sham Kumar Sadanand has been in private practice since 1996 and comes with a wealth of skill and knowledge in the field of Anaesthesiology, Intensive Care and Pain Management. He was one of the founders of Island Hospital in Penang and subsequently worked at numerous medical centres in the country over the years.
His area of interest in Anaesthesia is anaesthesia for neurosurgery and cardiac surgery besides being trained in anaesthesia for other complex surgeries such as hepatobiliary, urology, thoracic and paediatric surgery. He also has extensive experience in anaesthesia for spine surgery. His passion for intensive care has led him to set up and head intensive care units in all the centres he has worked at. He is experienced in handling complex ventilation, cardiovascular support, renal replacement therapy and neuro intensive care among others treatment methods. His special area of interest in intensive care is the management of septic shock and the various complications associated with this condition. He also uses various modalities such as patient controlled analgesia pumps and epidural techniques to control post-operative pain and provide pain control to women in labour.

Formally trained in aesthetic and regenerative medicine (IIMWAM-EIU, Paris), and recognised as an authorised Rejuran injector and qualified Fotona SP Dynamis laser expert. Well equipped with expertise in advanced injectables, laser technologies, thread lifting, skin rejuvenation, and regenerative therapies involving stem cells, secretomes, and exosomes. Has served as the aesthetic physician for leading national pageants including Miss Earth Malaysia and Mr World Malaysia, and is an active international trainer educating practitioners across the region. A doctor who is committed to advancing clinical practice through ongoing research in regenerative medicine, including work on anti-pigmentation applications.
